Beyond simply providing a much better way of organizing your photos and videos across multiple devices, the new Photos app for OS X does much of what its predecessor did — you can make a wide. To export all items on a Mac, choose Export All Photos, and you'll see an option to transfer directly to iPhoto. To export just one or a selection of photos or videos, choose Export Selected.and hold down the Control or Command key to select multiple items before exporting.

From the description provided, I understand that you want to import the photos from camera automatically to the PC.

I would suggest you to use the Photo App feature which automatically searches for all photos and videos that it hasn’t imported before and selects them. You can also swipe down on or click each photo and video you want to import, or tap or click Select all.

Importing photos from camera for Windows 10.

1. Plug camera into computer using usb cord. Turn on camera.

2. Go to the windows icon and click on “Photos”

3. Go to “Collection” and click on the “Import” icon highlighted at the top right of the screen.

4. Dialogue pops up “choose a device to import from”. Click on the drive where you found your photos.

5. Try it before you erase those photos.

6. When deleting a particular photo, mark the little box in the upper right hand corner of the photo and right click the mouse. The computer will say “all copies will be deleted”, but only the photo you checked will be deleted.

It works.

It still feels like a big step back from the days when plugging a camera into my laptop would generate a pop up promt asking if I want to import photos and erase the originals.

I don't like the photos app and would prefer to send the images into files-pictures directly so I can handle them later in something like photoshop elements.

Sorry, Hit the windows icon in the bottom left corner, a blue menu will pop up...look for 'photos'
